About this tender
Overview Sunshine Coast Council is seeking tenders for the construction of the Diamond Head Seawall Foreshore Protection Works and associated civil and landscaping works at Golden Beach. Scope The site extends from the carpark opposite Raleigh St, to the south approximately 220m towards Roy St. The works to be performed under this contract include the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all materials, fabrication, plant, labour and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works to the standards and quality specified on drawings and specifications within the contract documentation. The scope includes: Seawall construction Civil construction Landscape construction Maintenance period Contract Terms and Conditions Lump sum contract Anticipated commencement in late October 2026 Required completion by June 2027 Tender Briefing A site information session will be held in accordance with the details provided in Schedule 2.
