Overview The Brisbane Organising Committee for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games is seeking to appoint an Outdoor Media category partner through a commercial partnership arrangement. The appointed partner will pay a partnership fee to Brisbane 2032 and, in return, will have the opportunity to activate their brand through agreed marketing, promotional and engagement initiatives aligned to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The package may also include the supply of services, including management of Brisbane 2032's outdoor media inventory. About Partners play a pivotal role in the success of Brisbane 2032 and the Games through their investment in a Brisbane 2032 partnership. Some partnerships may be funded through a combination of cash sponsorship and value-in-kind contributions. The investment that partners provide is considered critical to the delivery of a successful Games and allows partners to confirm their status as a supporter of the Games, Queensland and Australia. Scope The scope may include: Supply of services related to Brisbane 2032's outdoor media inventory, including management of that inventory Sponsorship Opportunities Partners may benefit from a range of rights and benefits made available exclusively to Brisbane 2032 partners. This includes the right to associate with Brisbane 2032 and communicate publicly about the partnership. A more detailed outline of the rights and benefits will be provided if respondents are invited to participate in further engagement. For the Outdoor Media category, Brisbane 2032 is seeking respondents to submit an expression of interest on the basis of an exclusive partnership within the Outdoor Media category (described as an "Individual Proposal"). Contractor Requirements For the Outdoor Media category, Brisbane 2032 requires partnerships to be entirely, or primarily, funded based on cash A national presence Significant experience managing advertising and media inventory across a range of formats The ability to make significant cash investments to Brisbane 2032 This opportunity is not directed at smaller, independent media agencies who are unable to make such partnership investments Instructions to Respondents Following evaluation of submitted expressions of interest, Brisbane 2032 may invite selected respondents to participate in a further engagement or commercial discussion process. Brisbane 2032 reserves the right to adjust the partnership model based on such responses and discussions with respondents.
