Overview The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (QLD) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Sunshine Coast Stadium Early Works (Demolition), seeking a contractor to undertake early demolition and site preparation works ahead of the main works at the stadium. Purpose The purpose of the EOI Document is to set out the Procurement Process, EOI Conditions, the Evaluation Process, the Principal's objectives, and key details that the Respondent needs to know to submit a conforming Submission. Scope The scope includes: Removal of existing structures within the proposed footprint of the main works Isolation of services Removal of excess fill from site Planning, design, and delivery of deconstruction and demolition works, earthworks, and associated activities Utility disconnections and site delineation Demolition of the existing western grandstand, plaza pavements, and redundant services Partial site levelling Stockpiling of suitable material Removal of approximately 17,000 m³ of material from the eastern mound Provision of all labour, plant, materials, temporary works, supervision, permits, approvals, subcontractors, and services necessary to deliver the Project in a safe, compliant, and coordinated manner Establishment of site access and security Demolition Site clearing and protection Bulk earthworks Utility management Surface water management Traffic management Erosion and sediment controls Environmental controls Technical reporting and documentation
