Overview Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake Stage 1A of the stormwater upgrades at Sunshine Coast Stadium North, Bokarina, including removal of the existing trunk line and installation of new reinforced concrete box culverts and stormwater infrastructure. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Removal of the existing trunk line and installation of new reinforced concrete box culverts and stormwater infrastructure Dewatering Acid sulphate soil management Groundwater control Access chamber construction Lake Kawana outlet works Installation of upgraded stormwater infrastructure Reconstruction of revetment walls, in reference to the IFC drawings Trade Lane reinstatement Sportsman Parade reinstatement Sewer realignment and replacement Temporary relocation of the pontoon Site demobilisation and project completion documentation Management of traffic and pedestrians in a live environment, including some disruption to businesses on Trade Lane Supply of all materials, plant, and labour necessary to complete the required works in accordance with the issued design and associated documents, excluding the RCBC culverts, which Council will procure and supply Works are to be carried out in a manner that minimises impact to local traffic movements and the Sunshine Coast Stadium. There will be some access constraints due to Stadium events, which will need to be built into the Contractor's program. All works will be awarded to one Principal Contractor.
