Overview The State of Queensland, through Queensland Health, invites offers for the provision of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake comprehensive condition assessments of Queensland Health assets for the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Condition Assessment Audit 2026-2029 Project, in accordance with the invitation documents. Purpose The purpose of this Scope of Works is to engage suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake comprehensive condition assessments of Queensland Health assets. The assessments will provide accurate, consistent and auditable information on asset condition, remaining useful life, defects, risks and renewal requirements. This information will support strategic asset management, maintenance planning, capital investment planning and long-term infrastructure renewal across Queensland Health.
