About this tender
The purpose of this tender is to define the technical requirements for the appointment of a suitably qualified builder to undertake the construction and redevelopment of the existing control room facilities. As part of the upgrade to the North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant, the office amenities building is to be enhanced to meet the demands of updated operational requirements. The successful tenderer must demonstrate extensive experience in delivering similar construction and infrastructure projects, particularly within regional environments. SITE INSPECTION: A single joint site inspection will be held 9:00am Tuesday, 7th July 2026 at the front of the North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant, 108 Lakes Creek Road, The Common, QLD 4701.
