Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified Heritage Specialist to complete Stage one (1) Façade refurbishment works to Rockhampton’s Custom House. The package of works has been grouped according to complexity, and each package will be Tendered separately. This works stage 1 includes Specialists Façade and internal works to Sandstone and render and is to commence in Late 2026.
