About this tender

Overview Cairns Regional Council invites proposals from suitably qualified respondents to undertake an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Capability Assessment and to provide an implementation-ready platform recommendation for a future-state ECM environment. Purpose The engagement seeks to assess the current state, understand business and regulatory requirements, and define a practical, fit-for-purpose future ECM approach that integrates with Council's existing platforms and transformation initiatives. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking an ECM Capability Assessment for Cairns Regional Council Assessing the current state of Council's ECM environment Understanding Council's business and regulatory requirements relevant to ECM Defining a practical, fit-for-purpose future ECM approach Providing an implementation-ready platform recommendation that integrates with Council's existing platforms and transformation initiatives Instructions to Tenderers Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close two days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time. Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission through the tendering portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation. Respondents are strongly recommended to begin uploading their tender submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time indicated in the tendering portal. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion. Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation, and may invite all respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
