About this tender
Overview Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking to establish a register of pre-qualified suppliers under a Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of building maintenance, minor works, asset maintenance and associated services at Council facilities across the region. About Scenic Rim Regional Council is situated in South East Queensland and is recognised for its landscapes and communities. The Council is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors through sustainable development and economic growth, partnering with reputable contractors to support ongoing projects. Purpose Council intends to maintain its required high level of service for buildings, facilities and infrastructure through streamlined contracting processes, in accordance with sound contracting principles. Council intends to select a range of appropriately qualified specialist contractors to assist in servicing the infrastructure needs of the local area. Scope Works will be required at various Council facilities and locations across the Scenic Rim Regional Council area. Contractors can provide a tender price for any service they are qualified or licenced to provide, as listed in the Scope of Works and the Pricing Schedule. The scope includes: Automatic door servicing Building certification services Cleaning, including buildings, high pressure cleaning, gutter vac gutter cleaning, graffiti removal and solar panel cleaning Data and communications Disaster restoration, buildings Electrical services General building maintenance and construction services Glazing Handyman and furniture removal services Kitchen equipment servicing Locksmith and masterkey services Painting Playground equipment, softfall installation and maintenance Plumbing, drainage and gas services Portable toilet hire Roller door, garage door, automatic/sliding gates, boom gates installation, servicing and repairs Scaffold installation Septic pumpouts (solids removals) Shade structures, supply, installation, servicing and repairs Steel fabrication Structural and building design Theatre services Memorial repairs, cleaning and maintenance Water deliveries Contractor Requirements Appropriately qualified and specialist contractors, licensed to provide the relevant services Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three (3) years, from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029 Two (2) optional 12 month extensions, exercisable at Council's sole discretion Council reserves the right to vary the scope or request additional related services where necessary to meet operational or compliance needs
