About this tender
Overview The City of Townsville is seeking to establish a panel of prequalified Asset Management Specialist Consultants (Contractors) to provide Design and Technical Advisory Services (DTAS), supplementing Council's Asset Management resources and ensuring continuity of supply. Purpose The panel is intended to ensure continuity of supply and to supplement Council's Asset Management resources. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking detailed designs for various civil work projects Provision of a designer and engineer (reviewer and RPEQ sign off) at an hourly rate Provision of designer-only services at an hourly rate where the designer can be located in Council's office Organisation of other required sub-consultant services for the design, including but not limited to survey, geotechnical data, and pot holing of services Providing anticipated hours along with associated sub-consultant service costs for Council's consideration, based on the scope of works provided by Council
