Overview Flinders Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the design of the proposed Hughenden Water Treatment Plant, as described in more detail in Part 5, Scope. Purpose The Principal wishes to procure the water treatment plant as soon as practicable, and an efficient but robust design process should be undertaken. Scope The scope includes: Design of the proposed Hughenden Water Treatment Plant, as detailed in Part 5, Scope Undertaking and completing documentation for construct only contracts Undertaking and completing documentation for design and construct contracts Fitting the documentation to the Principal's procurement plan in consultation with the Principal Contract Terms and Conditions Unless Council determines otherwise in its absolute discretion, the successful tenderer will not be permitted to provide services in connection with any further packages of work or services associated with this project, whether directly to Council or as a subconsultant to any other party
