The project has an approximate value of $20 to $25 million. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new administration and learning building Construction of a new general learning building Construction of a new early years building Refurbishment of the current administration building Construction of a new carpark extension Construction of a new senior oval Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in delivering projects of a similar scale Capacity for construction in late 2026 and throughout 2027 Instructions to Tenderers A tender panel will be selected from the names registered.
