Sippy Downs Campus Building Refurbishments

Overview The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is inviting qualified contractors and suppliers to tender for refurbishment works at its Sippy Downs Campus. The tender comprises two scopes, each with separable portions, which UniSC may elect to award to one supplier or separate based on value delivery and program requirements. Scope Part B.1: Building B Refurbishment (1 separable portion) UniSC invites qualified contractors to tender for delivery of the Building B Fresh Project at the Sippy Downs Campus under a Design and Construct contract. The project delivers a comprehensive program of internal and external refurbishment works to Building B, the University's original and historically significant campus building. Delivery of the required refurbishment works in accordance with UniSC requirements and the issued design documentation, within an operational university environment Coordination, staging and interface management of the works, including alignment with early works delivered separately by UniSC Further details of the scope, technical requirements, exclusions and contractual conditions for this part are provided in Part B.1 of the Request for Tender. Part B.2: Bathroom and Office Refurbishment (4 separable portions) UniSC invites qualified suppliers to provide design and construction services for the refurbishment and upgrade of selected bathroom amenities across Buildings I, K and Q1, and office facilities within Building I, at the Sippy Downs Campus. Design, documentation and delivery of refurbishment works to existing bathroom amenities and office facilities Demolition and replacement of finishes and fixtures Minor reconfiguration where required Associated building services upgrades The works will focus on modernising amenities and office environments while maintaining functionality and integrating with existing building infrastructure. Instructions to Tenderers UniSC may elect to award the tender to one supplier across both scopes, or separate the scopes based on value delivery and program requirements.
