Scope The scope includes: A single level extension to Block A, increasing the main reception and administration spaces A single level extension to Block C's sports hall, creating learning environments and storage areas New external footpaths and associated landscaping to both blocks Contractor Requirements The contractor must have capacity for construction throughout 2027 Contract Terms and Conditions The project has an approximate value of $5 to 6 million Instructions to Tenderers A tender panel will be selected from the names registered.
