Overview This is a Forward Procurement Notice advising that Queensland Government Procurement, Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW), will be issuing an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in September 2026 seeking applications for a targeted refresh of the whole of government Professional Services Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) GGS0111-24. About The refresh aims to strengthen specific supplier types on the PSP. Successful suppliers will enter into an agreement with DHPW to provide services to Eligible Customers and will be awarded onto the PSP, which expires in August 2030 with options to extend at the Principal's entire discretion. The term includes a regular review mechanism which may result in additional opportunities, such as other refresh opportunities to add further suppliers. Suppliers who are currently appointed to PSP GGS0111-24 should note that this refresh will not impact their standing on the PSP and no action is required. Purpose The refresh is intended to strengthen the numbers of targeted supplier types on the PSP so that agencies can apply purposeful public procurement outcomes in their procurement activities. Objectives DHPW will be issuing the ITA with the following objectives: Ensure a refreshed PSP aligns with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 five pillars Strengthen the PSP numbers of targeted supplier types to ensure agencies can apply the purposeful public procurement outcomes in their procurement activities Deliver more choice to customers and maximise opportunities for businesses of identified types and locations, including encouraging the use of Queensland Regional Businesses for opportunities regionally and in the south-east corner Stimulate the local economy by providing opportunities for identified supplier types and regional suppliers to work with government Continue to focus on delivering value for money through financial and non-financial benefits, such as local and social benefits Continue to do business with ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible suppliers Instructions to Tenderers Suppliers should not respond to this notice or submit any questions. Further information regarding this opportunity will be provided in due course via a separate notice on the Queensland Procurement Solution (QPS). No further information regarding this opportunity, other than this notice, will be provided until the release of the ITA. Any questions submitted through QPS in relation to this notice will not be answered. Suppliers will be able to submit questions once the ITA is released. The ITA will be released via a separate notice on the Queensland Procurement Solution platform in September 2026.
