About this tender
Overview The Department of Transport and Main Roads (QLD) is seeking a contractor to deliver the 87A Dawson Developmental Road (Springsure–Tambo) Transport Infrastructure Contract, on a construction only basis. Scope The works comprise the pavement construction, paving and sealing of approximately 3.8 km of the Fitzroy Developmental Road between Bauhinia and Duaringa. The scope includes: Section 1: Ch 60.773 to 63.150 km Section 2: Ch 64.820 to 66.200 km Construction of a fully sealed two-lane carriageway to a width of 8.0 m and tie-in to previously sealed sections Pavement construction, including subgrade, subbase, base and seal Local widening and intersection improvements to cater for turning movements and property accesses Replacement or extension of existing culverts as required Associated drainage works to manage stormwater runoff in accordance with TMR specifications Associated traffic management, environmental controls, and finishing works
