Overview The Department of Primary Industries (QLD) has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the Gatton Research Facility to ensure a clean, safe work environment and facilities for workers, visitors, consultants and contractors. Scope The scope includes: Provision of cleaning services at the Site to maintain a clean, safe work environment for workers, visitors, consultants and contractors Cleaning of the following buildings, as outlined in Appendix 1, Site Plan: Office Building/Reception, Conference Room, Exterior BBQ/Pergola Area, Farm Office/Lunch Room, Office Building Farm Area (QPWS and LVGA), and Toilet Block (behind Pathology Laboratory) Provision, at the Supplier's own cost and expense, of all personnel, plant, equipment, chemicals, and consumables required to deliver the cleaning services Selection and use of chemicals capable of providing both visible (aesthetic) and hygienic (microbiological) cleaning results Provision of all safety signage and fall from height protection equipment required for the works Provision of all labour and plant required for travel to and from site, including vehicular travel Performance of regular cleaning services between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm each weekday, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends Performance of periodical cleaning activities over weekends, where prior authorisation is obtained from the Customer's contract manager
