About this tender

Overview Monadelphous is currently undertaking the construction of the greenfield Brigalow Peaking Power Plant (PPP), a gas-fired power station being delivered for CS Energy. As part of this project, Monadelphous requires the supply of an Activated Carbon Filter. Interested parties are invited to respond to this expression of interest with details of their capability and desire to be placed on a tender list to quote on the works described below. Scope This scope of supply is for the design, supply, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, transport to site, and commissioning support of the Activated Carbon Filter. The purpose of this filter is to dechlorinate potable water going to the Gas Turbine Evap System. The supplier shall supply the following items and equipment: One (1) x 100% Activated Carbon Filter (Type: Vertical) with activated carbon media, internals complete with associated inlet, outlet valves, fittings, instruments etc. Design capacity of 30 m3/Hr Supporting structure, ladders, access hatch etc for easy maintenance The package shall be associated with the following equipment requirements: Piping including inlet, outlet, vent, and backwash connection piping, along with associated valves within the package One (1) Rotameter at the inlet piping of the package One (1) Media trap at the outlet piping of the package Two (2) Sight glasses Online backwash arrangement with required valves Differential pressure indicator cum transmitter across the inlet and outlet Lifting lugs Base frames Pipe supports Manhole and access hatch arrangement for maintenance requirements SS nameplates and KKS tagging Start-up and commissioning spares and consumables All special tools required for installation, operation, and maintenance Companion flange for piping along with gasket and fasteners
