Overview Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) via SAP Ariba for the supply of Hexagonal Bolts, Nuts, Coach Screws and Washers, reference Doc112540076. Purpose The purpose of this RFT is to select one or a range of capable and experienced suppliers under an arrangement for the supply of Hexagonal Bolts, Nuts, Coach Screws and Washers, as specified in the technical specification in this request. Scope Supply of Hexagonal Bolts, Nuts, Coach Screws and Washers, as specified in the technical specification in the RFT Instructions to Tenderers Key dates RFT release date: on or around 16/09/2026 in SAP Ariba RFT close date: 31/01/2027 Sample delivery on or before: 31/01/2027 Registering interest To register interest to participate, email the Contact Officer, marie.gammage@energyq.com.au, quoting "Doc112540076" as part of the subject of the email. The email should include: Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup) ABN Contact name and email address The Contact Officer will be on leave from 21/09/2026 to 25/09/2026 inclusive. Once the event has been published Tenderers will be invited to respond and will be able to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. This link will expire within 24 hours. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the 'Review and Accept Prerequisites' tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received, including but not limited to content updates and changes to event timing. Tenderers who elect to submit a response must do so using EQL's online tendering tool (SAP Ariba) only. Submissions provided via email will not be considered for evaluation. Tenderers are encouraged to read all relevant documentation located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers
