Overview Livingstone Shire Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to tender for appointment to a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for the Supply and Delivery of Roadmaking Materials. Purpose The arrangement will establish a panel of suppliers to support Council's ongoing road construction, renewal and maintenance programs across the Shire. Scope The scope includes: Supply of pavement materials, aggregates, gravel, sand, rock and associated roadmaking materials Delivery of the above materials where required Suppliers may tender for one or more material types and supply or delivery options relevant to their capability and are not required to tender for all items. Instructions to Tenderers Council may appoint multiple suppliers under the arrangement, with future purchasing having regard to factors including material availability, location, delivery requirements, compliance with applicable specifications and value for money. Interested suppliers are encouraged to review the Tender Documents and submit a response for the materials and services relevant to their capability.
