Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multipurpose Courts Upgrade at Mountain Creek State School, located at 51 Lady Musgrave Dr, Mountain Creek QLD 4557. Scope The project involves an upgrade of the existing outdoor Multipurpose Courts. The scope includes: Resurfacing of courts Construction of a new hard stand structure Enabling demolition and excavation works Connecting services and fixtures The works are to be completed by November 2026. Contractor Requirements Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00, in accordance with the contract Minimum PQC Level 2 eligibility required Tenderers must be appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited; the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider, or accept a tender from a tenderer who does not meet this registration requirement It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders' licence will be required for this project Site Inspection Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. Submissions close on 31/07/2026 at 3:00pm via email to liam.maki@ghd.com.
