Scope The scope includes several elements of external refurbishment works at 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith, including: External painting Installation of new handrails Installation of new concrete stairs New roof sheeting and plumbing Repair and refurbishment of roofing elements Demolition of existing infrastructure Minor electrical works Site Inspection It is mandatory for tenderers to attend the site inspection. Date: 3rd August 2026 Time: 10am Location: 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith QLD 4870 Tenderers are limited to 2 personnel per site visit and must register their interest with Adrian Nowak at adriannowak@apecnq.com or on 0400 191 025.
