Invitation to suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of cleaning services for the Torres Shire Council as defined in the scope of work document. Daily, weekly, monthly, periodical (events) and other cleaning as listed in the tender documents. Cleaning is for both Horn Island and Thursday Island Council facilities. Contractors can submit for all, or separable portions as defined in the tender documents. Council has mandatory requirements for proof of financial viability and current appropriate insurances.
