QED 6482 2026 - Canungra State School - Prep Refurbishment

Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Prep Refurbishment at Canungra State School, located at 31 Christie Street, Canungra QLD 4275, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program. Scope The scope includes: Internal refurbishment of the existing Prep Classroom Building, including 2 classrooms, prep toilets and breakout spaces Fitout New joinery Plumbing Electrical and data works Contractor Requirements Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Contract Terms and Conditions Works are to commence Christmas school holidays and be complete by late March 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Please contact Shay Lister, Project Manager, on shay@honeywill.com.au with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors.
