Overview The University of Southern Queensland is seeking a contractor to support the maintenance of its electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure at its Toowoomba, Ipswich, and Springfield campuses, as well as two smaller satellite sites. Scope The scope includes: Planned predictive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure Corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure Reactive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Industry Briefings will be held as follows, per the tender documents: Date: 6 October 2026 Time: 10:00 am Location: Toowoomba Campus Date: 8 October 2026 Time: 10:00 am Location: Ipswich / Springfield The Tenderer must contact the Principal's Contact Officer via the Tender Lodgement Address by 5:00 pm, 28 September 2026, to confirm Site Visit attendee names and details.
