Our region is rich in minerals and agriculture, thriving on irrigation sourced from water storage on the Nogoa and Comet rivers. Background Information Central Highland Regional Council is seeking to engage an appropriately experienced Contractor (incorporating a team of all necessary sub-consultants and sub-contractors) to complete the design and carry out the supply and installation of theatre performance systems, including improvement works to ancillary theatre performance spaces, at 4 x town halls in the Central Highlands. Specific Requirements of the Contract Please refer to Annexure Part F of the Contract – Principal’s Project Requirements, including Section 3 (General Requirements), Section 5 (Design), Section 5 (Standard Specification), and Section 6 (Project Specific Specification). Implementation Timetable The work under the Contract has been divided into the following Separable Portions: • Separable Portion No. 1 – Design Finalisation • Separable Portion No. 2 – Early Works • Separable Portion No. 3 – Capella Cultural Centre • Separable Portion No. 4 – Emerald Town Hall. • Separable Portion No. 5 – Blackwater Civic Centre • Separable Portion No. 6 – Bauhinia Memorial Hall (Springsure) As outlined in Clause 3.32 of Annexure Part F of the Contract – Principal’s Project Requirements, the Separable Portions listed above may be awarded to one or more Contractors. The anticipated date for commencement of works is 10 business days after date of acceptance of tender, subject to fulfillment of Item 26A of Annexure Part A of the Contract.
