What the buyer is requesting Details Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide mobile concrete crushing services across three landfill sites: Lochlees (Emerald), Blackwater and Tieri. The services involve the processing of stockpiled clean concrete and brick rubble (Construction & Demolition, Commercial & Industrial, and domestic sources) into a 20mm minus product, suitable for on-site reuse.
