Overview South Burnett Regional Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced builders to supply and/or construct accommodation cabins and multiple caravan ensuite sites at two of its Tourist Parks, located at Bjelke Peterson Dam and Boondooma Dam within the South Burnett Region. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a Class 3 building cabin at Bjelke Peterson Dam Tourist Park Construction of 3 caravan ensuite sites (2 conjoined per site) at Boondooma Dam Tourist Park, servicing 6 caravan connections Each caravan ensuite site to be powered and fitted with a concrete pad, water connection, grey water disposal, drains, and access to an individual amenities block Instructions to Tenderers Supporting documentation provides two design options for the Bjelke Peterson Dam cabin. Council has selected Cabin 2 as the preferred design for the purpose of the drawings and specifications. Respondents may propose an alternative type or style of prefabricated buildings; however, any alternative proposal must align with the drawings and specifications provided by Council.
