What the buyer is requesting Details Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply of oil required to support Council’s fleet operational activities. In light of ongoing global supply chain instability, Council will consider full offers, part offers, offers exceeding the minimum requirements and alternative products, including variations in quality where operationally acceptable. Council is also open to one off engagement, short-term engagements or longer-term arrangements within the 6 – 12 month engagement period to ensure continuity of supply. As a result, Council may engage multiple suppliers, and there is no guarantee that Council will continue to purchase from any single supplier throughout the 6 - 12 month term. All purchases will be made strictly on a needs basis. Council is willing to consider quantities larger than those specified in Returnable Schedule 2. However, Council does not have holding tanks available for storage.
