VNI-008-Exhibition Equipment - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of exhibition equipment to support Games-related activations, fan zones, media centres, hospitality areas, and other temporary installations across the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic venues. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, and removal of exhibition equipment including: Modular exhibition walls, doors, ceilings and event staging. Lighting systems suitable for exhibition/office environments. Provision of equipment suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with consideration for accessibility, durability, and visual impact. Coordination with venue teams, overlay contractors, and event operators to ensure timely and safe installation. Maintenance and support services during Games-time operations. Removal and demobilisation of equipment post-Games, including waste minimisation and reuse strategies where applicable. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying exhibition equipment for large-scale, multi-site events, preferably within major sporting, cultural, or government contexts. Capability to deliver high-quality, flexible solutions under compressed timelines is essential.
