Removal and demobilisation of equipment post-Games, including waste minimisation and reuse strategies where applicable. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying exhibition equipment for large-scale, multi-site events, preferably within major sporting, cultural, or government contexts. Capability to deliver high-quality, flexible solutions under compressed timelines is essential.
