This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of portable toilet facilities to support the operational and public amenity needs across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Portable toilets will be required at competition and non-competition venues, live sites, transport hubs, and workforce compounds to ensure hygiene, accessibility, and comfort for athletes, spectators, staff, and volunteers. Brisbane 2032 estimates a requirement for portable toilets of between 2,000 and 5,000 toilet units, with a portion anticipated to be built into other cabin structures. These portable toilets will be delivered across 30-40 competition and key non-competition venues. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, servicing, and removal of portable toilet units including: Standard portable toilets Accessible toilets compliant with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and AS 1428 High-capacity toilet blocks for public areas VIP and premium units for hospitality zones Handwashing stations and hygiene facilities. Regular servicing and waste removal in accordance with health and environmental regulations. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Coordination with venue teams, overlay contractors, and waste management providers to ensure timely deployment and maintenance. Decommissioning with consideration for reuse, recycling, or sustainable disposal. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and managing portable toilet infrastructure for large-scale, multi-site events or public programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and service delivery under high-demand conditions.
