About this tender

This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of temporary trackway systems to support the delivery and operation of Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Trackway infrastructure will be essential to enabling safe, reliable, and accessible movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and mobility-impaired individuals across Games competition and non-competition sites, particularly in areas with unsealed surfaces or overlay installations. Brisbane 2032 estimates a requirement across 30-40 competition and key non competition venues for different types of vehicle or pedestrian trackway of between 100,000m2 and 200,000m2 .The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary trackway systems, including: Heavy-duty vehicle trackway for service and logistics access Pedestrian walkways for public and workforce movement Accessible pathways compliant with disability access standards Ground protection mats and stabilisation systems for sport surfaces, turf or soft surfaces. Integration with venue layouts and overlay designs, including coordination with transport, accessibility, and infrastructure teams. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Operational support services, including: Inspection and maintenance during pre-Games and Games-time phases Rapid response for repairs or adjustments due to weather or operational needs Coordination with other service providers to ensure seamless venue operations. Decommissioning and site restoration post-Games, with consideration for reuse, sustainability, and minimal environmental impact. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering temporary trackway solutions for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
