About this tender
Overview Woorabinda Aboriginal Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of Stage 2 of the Gordon Henry Oval Facility. About Stage 1 of the project comprises the supply and installation of the modular clubhouse. Stage 1 works are not within this tender. Purpose The purpose of this project is to provide the Woorabinda community with a modern facility for use as a sporting venue and as a multipurpose function centre for community events and gatherings. This is intended to provide a place for the Woorabinda community to increase participation in sport and recreational activities. Scope Stage 2 comprises the following works, as detailed in the scope of works document: Civil and landscape works to Field One Supply and installation of goal posts Supply and installation of a scoreboard Supply and installation of coach and player seating Design and installation of electrical, water, sewer and drainage services to the clubhouse Associated works as per the scope of works document Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of civil, landscape and building services works Contract Terms and Conditions Works are to be completed in accordance with approved design documentation, applicable guidelines, and best-practice construction methods
