About this tender
Overview The City of Burnside is inviting expressions of interest from stallholders and performers for Market Lane Christmas Edition, a free community market event to be held on Friday 11 December 2026 at Burnside Ballroom, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore, from 5 pm to 9 pm. The market will feature food trucks, live performances and youth led market stalls, and the City of Burnside is seeking musicians, artists, makers, designers, small business owners and other creatives to take part. Scope There are two ways to get involved. The scope includes: Applying for a stall to showcase and sell creative work, handmade goods, products or services Applying to perform live at Market Lane, sharing musical or performance talent with the community Applicants must select the relevant EOI option (stallholder or performer) when completing their application. Contract Terms and Conditions Stallholder fee: free for applicants 25 years of age and under Stallholder fee: $30 for applicants 26 years of age and over Each stallholder will be provided with one trestle/display table and two chairs Eligibility Priority will be given to applicants who are residents in the Burnside council area 20% of applications are offered to youth applicants How to Apply Spots are limited. To register interest, complete the Expression of Interest form and select the relevant EOI option. Applications close Friday 30 October. Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee participation in Market Lane. Applications will be reviewed by the City of Burnside team, who will advise applicants of the outcome no later than Friday 6 November 2026.
