About this tender

Overview Services Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations to provide agent services for 15 hours per week in Peterborough. About Services Australia contracts agents to deliver services and programs on its behalf and provides training and equipment. Agents help people in rural and remote Australia to access government services. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a face to face information service in Peterborough Provision of free self-help facilities, including an internet enabled computer, Wi-Fi, phone and a scanner/photocopier/printer to help people conduct their business with Services Australia Contract Terms and Conditions The successful applicant will be paid in accordance with the Services Australia fee structure. The number of hours per week required for face to face customer service is reviewed each year, and payment will change accordingly.
