Overview Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders for the provision of banking and bill payment services. A full specification of the services required is attached to this request. Scope Provision of banking services Provision of bill payment services Contract Terms and Conditions Council will enter into a contract with the preferred provider for an initial term of five years Two additional extension options are available, each for a two year period It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded in October 2026 A proposed "go live" date is planned for mid January 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Any enquiries must be directed via the etender portal, and a response will be provided.
