About this tender
Overview Return to Work Corporation of South Australia (ReturnToWorkSA) is responsible for providing work injury insurance to protect South Australian businesses and their workers in the event of a work injury. ReturnToWorkSA is seeking suppliers (Claims Agents) to provide claims management services for workers' compensation claims from 1 July 2027, as authorised under regulation 4 of the Return to Work Corporation (Claims Management – Contractual Arrangements) Regulation 2025 (SA). Purpose The Claims Agents are critical to the effective operation of the Scheme, delivering high quality services that balance the interests of workers and employers and support the return to work of injured workers, and where that is not possible, restoration to the community. The acquisition of these services will enable ReturnToWorkSA to continue to access specialised claims management services to support employers and workers injured at work.
