Overview The City of Prospect is seeking a contractor to deliver construction works for a staged upgrade of the Broadview Tennis Club facilities, located within Broadview Oval / Yarnta Tutu Yarta. Scope The scope includes: Construction of new and renewed tennis courts Installation of sports lighting Demolition works Civil and utility works Provision of temporary club facilities Landscaping and associated works The works must be delivered in stages, with at least 4 courts on the Northern side remaining operational during construction of the Southern courts.
