Purpose The purpose of this Request for Information is to gauge market interest, capability, and potential quality control strategies for the proposed mixed-use project. Renewal SA is seeking feedback regarding market capacity to conduct pre-handover quality and defect inspections, as well as methodology suggestions for managing defect rectification closeout. This Request for Information is an information gathering process in which Renewal SA seeks to collect information and opinions from the Construction industry in South Australia.
