Overview The City of Playford invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit a tender for the detailed design of the Chivell Road, Harris Road and Bubner Road Upgrade project in Angle Vale. About The project involves upgrading three existing minor collector roads to an urban standard in accordance with the Growth Area Road Infrastructure Deed and the City's requirements. Scope Key project deliverables include: Two-lane road upgrade in accordance with the nominated cross section Kerb and water table Stormwater drainage infrastructure Footpaths and shared use paths Pedestrian and cyclist crossing facilities Street lighting to Category PR3 Landscaping and irrigation Street parking facilities Indented concrete bus bays and pads Consultancy services shall include: Detailed road design Pavement investigation and design Stormwater drainage design Street lighting design Landscape and irrigation design Service investigations and authority liaison Engineering and property boundary surveys Geotechnical investigations Safety in Design review and risk assessment Cost estimating and technical specifications Issue for Tender and Issue for Construction documentation The successful consultant will be required to deliver design packages at 30%, 70% and 90% completion stages, together with Issue for Tender and Issue for Construction documentation.
