Overview Barunga West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the installation of electrical and water infrastructure associated with the Hornby Road Employment Zone and Arbon Road Residential Development, Stage 1. Scope The works are divided into the following separable work packages, and tenderers may submit a tender for one, two or all three: Work Package A: Hornby Road Employment Zone, Electrical Infrastructure Work Package B: Arbon Road Residential Development, Electrical Infrastructure Work Package C: Arbon Road Residential Development, Water Infrastructure The works generally include: Installation of underground electrical infrastructure Installation of underground water infrastructure Trenching, conduit installation and associated civil works Supply and installation of associated infrastructure Testing, commissioning and completion of contestable works Reinstatement of disturbed areas The works are to be undertaken in accordance with the tender specifications, approved engineering drawings and relevant utility authority requirements.
