About this tender

Overview Light Regional Council is establishing a Services Standing Offer Panel for the provision of environmental biodiversity services. Depending on the value and urgency of works, Council may issue a request for works (Purchase Order) directly or seek a Request for Quote from panel Contractors under one or more nominated service categories. Scope The contract comprises four main service categories, further broken down into eight sub-categories. Services will be requested as required by Council and delivered in accordance with the relevant specification, approved quotation, site instructions and any category-specific requirements. The scope includes: Category 1: Remnant Vegetation Conservation Services Category 2: Bushland Condition Monitoring Category 3: Targeted Weed Species Removal Category 4: Revegetation Instructions to Tenderers The type, frequency and volume of work issued under the panel will depend on Council priorities, available budgets, seasonal conditions, site requirements and operational need. Appointment of a Contractor to the panel does not guarantee any minimum quantity or value of work. All works must be undertaken in accordance with the specification, relevant legislation, applicable codes of practice, Council directions and any additional requirements stated when works are requested through a Request for Quotation or other approved engagement process.
