About this tender

Overview The Department for Education (SA) is inviting Registrations of Interest from providers of external mental health and wellbeing programs, for inclusion on the department's preferred 'open' multi-use list. About The Department for Education South Australia has established a preferred 'open' multi-use list of providers of external mental health and wellbeing programs. Approved programs are included on an internal departmental directory that South Australian government schools can access when seeking a program from an external provider to meet the needs of their students. This directory is only for South Australian government schools. Inclusion on the directory does not guarantee that a program will be selected for use, as this decision is made by each school. Purpose The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to expand the preferred 'open' multi-use list of external providers of mental health and wellbeing programs, to enable South Australian primary and secondary schools to choose evidence-informed programs relevant to their needs. Scope Provision of external mental health and wellbeing programs for inclusion on the department's preferred multi-use list and internal directory Tender Briefing An industry briefing session will be held for this opportunity. Date: 27 August 2026 Time: 10:30 am Format: Online briefing via Microsoft Teams (up to 1 hour) To attend, email your interest to education.wellbeing@sa.gov.au and a link will be sent prior to the session. How to respond to this tender

A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.

Read the requirements in full

Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.

Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding

Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal

Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
