Overview The City of Playford is seeking a contractor to deliver refurbishment works at Kalara Reserve Community Hall as part of Council's Asset Refurbishment program, which has identified the need for facilities to be renewed for FY26/27. Scope The scope includes the following project deliverables at Kalara Reserve Community Hall: Creation of a new entry way Refurbishment of amenities to compliant modern facilities Creation of a large usable space for community use by opening the space for multi-use Creation of a functional kitchenette Provision of DDA compliant exit and entry doors Installation of a new suspended ceiling as documented Facelift of the northern and eastern external walls to improve street and carpark appeal, including renewal of exterior painting
