Overview The University of Adelaide is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of electrical maintenance services across Adelaide University. About Adelaide University is a leading contemporary comprehensive university of global standing, dedicated to addressing educational inequality through the success and impact of its students, staff and alumni. The University conducts research of scale and focus in partnership with the communities it serves. Purpose This procurement will establish a single, harmonised contract model to replace the two existing legacy university arrangements, both of which expire on 31 January 2027. The proposed procurement supports the Adelaide University Facilities Management contract harmonisation strategy and is intended to align service delivery, compliance obligations, pricing structures, reporting requirements and contract management arrangements across the University's electrical maintenance portfolio.
