Overview The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites tenders from tenderers for the provision of the Richmond Oval - New Changeroom Building and Remediation Works to Grandstand (the Works). The Council will enter into a contract for the Works with the successful tenderer. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new changeroom building at Richmond Oval Remediation works to the grandstand at Richmond Oval Contractor Requirements Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement, as detailed in Schedule 6. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a non-conforming submission, and such submissions will not be considered during the evaluation process Instructions to Tenderers Refer to the RFQ documents for additional information.
