About this tender

Overview The City of Marion is seeking a contractor to provide security monitoring and patrol services for the City of Marion's buildings, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Scope The scope includes: 24 hours, 7 days a week security monitoring of the City of Marion's buildings Provision of patrol services in response to alarms Scheduled and on-request provision of static guards Scheduled and on-request provision of security patrols Scheduled and on-request provision of guard escorts Scheduled and on-request provision of crowd control officers A detailed description of the services is contained in the Specification. It is anticipated that parts of the services may be subcontracted by the contracted party. It is not intended to have separate contracts for monitoring and for patrol or guard services. Contractor Requirements The monitoring centre is required to have a Grade A1 certification to AS2201.2 by ASIAL Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be made through SA Tenders by the closing date and time. The SA Tenders portal closes exactly at the closing time, and tenderers should allow sufficient time to upload their submission files in the formats required by SA Tenders.
