Overview LGA Procurement (LGAP) invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the Total Facility Care – HVAC, Pest, Hygiene, Fire, Security & Electrical Testing Panel, to provide services to local government entities in South Australia. Purpose The intent of the Total Facility Care – HVAC, Pest, Hygiene, Fire, Security & Electrical Testing Panel is to provide Councils with streamlined access to Approved suppliers capable of delivering a comprehensive range of facility maintenance and compliance services through a compliant and efficient procurement framework. Scope Goods and services under this panel include, but are not limited to: Airconditioning (HVAC) Services Supply and installation: provision, setup, and commissioning of new HVAC assets Maintenance and repair: scheduled preventative servicing, reactive troubleshooting, and 24/7 emergency response Optimisation: system performance tuning and continuous energy efficiency improvements Pest Control Services Management programs: routine eradication, specialised treatment plans, and emergency response services Targeted interventions: termite inspections/treatments, rodent control, and bird proofing Compliance: development of integrated pest management plans, service records maintenance, and risk reporting Hygiene & Sanitary Services Disposal systems: supply, maintenance, and scheduled collection of sanitary, nappy, and medical sharps units Aero and hand hygiene: provision, installation, and replenishment of soap/sanitiser dispensers and automated odour-control units Facility servicing: in-cubicle deep cleaning, waste stream management, and proactive consumable replenishment Electrical Test & Tag Compliance testing: statutory inspection, testing, and tagging of single and three phase electrical equipment Asset management: creation, tracking, and ongoing maintenance of a centralised compliance asset register Risk mitigation: immediate removal, tagging out, and isolation of non-compliant or defective equipment Fire Systems Testing & Maintenance System servicing: testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire detection, alarms, and suppression systems Safety equipment: programmed testing of emergency/exit lighting and portable fire protection equipment (extinguishers, blankets, hose reels) Compliance: prompt defect rectification and strict adherence to National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards Security Systems Services Asset maintenance: routine and reactive servicing of alarm panels, CCTV cameras, and electronic access control systems Infrastructure upgrades: technical optimisation, software updates, and physical hardware replacements Monitoring integration: seamless coordination and connectivity with external, round-the-clock monitoring services Enquiries Contractual enquiries Ellen Beryl James-Jackson Phone: +61 (08) 8224 2065 ellen.james-jackson@lga.sa.gov.au Technical enquiries Ellen Beryl James-Jackson Phone: +61 (08) 8224 2065 ellen.james-jackson@lga.sa.gov.au
