About this tender

Council manages and operates a variety of different pipe networks and many irrigation systems across parks, ovals, reserves and streetscapes. Council is also responsible for maintaining parks ovals and streetscapes which may include mowing, herbicide/pesticide/fertiliser spraying, top dressing, returfing, Vertidrain works, irrigation repairs/installation/maintenance and system alterations. Accompanying these requirements there are regulatory requirements for backflow testing on an annual basis and new installs as required. These works support a greener well-maintained city for the irrigated council reserves, streetscapes and recreation facilities. To support Council’s requirements, a Panel agreement is being sought which will cover the following works: Licensed Plumbing Works, back flow operations, drink fountains; Irrigation maintenance works, pipe repair, solenoid valves; Reinstatement works after pipe repairs or other, concrete, bitumen, garden beds; General landscaping/turf maintenance, mowing, returfing, Verti Drain works and spraying. The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with a number of successful tenderers as a standing offer Panel Arrangement. The proposed Agreement will have an initial term of 3 years and includes 2 x 1 year optional extension terms. Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal
