Overview The City of Onkaparinga (Council) is seeking tender responses from parties for the provision of integrated golf, retail, hospitality and events management services at the Willunga Golf Course. About Willunga Golf Course is located within the historic Willunga Township, approximately 40 minutes' drive (47 kilometres) from Adelaide CBD, on the immediate edge of the world-renowned McLaren Vale Wine District. The Council owned Willunga Golf Course was established in 1905 and is one of the oldest golf courses in the region, with a rich history in the local golfing community. Scope Council envisions operational excellence through a single integrated operator or a strong collaborative partnership of specialised providers delivering: Golf Operations & Membership Management Pro-Shop (Retail) Operations Hospitality & Bistro Management Marketing & Events Management Contract Terms and Conditions An initial lease term of five (5) years will be offered A longer-term agreement may be considered for tenderers proposing significant capital investment or innovative commercial solutions Instructions to Tenderers Please review the attached documents and submit the Tender Response Forms and any other documents as part of your proposal before the Closing Time.
